Creating AWB Stock |

To create a AWB stock master, perform the following:
1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Master AWB Stock. The AWB Stock workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:
2.In the right pane, click Add (
) icon in the menu bar.
The AWB Stock creation page appears.
3.In AWB Stock Updation header, perform the following:
a.Choose Airline Name from the drop-down menu.
Note: By default, Airline Prefix will be auto populated based on the chosen airline.
b.Choose Agent Name from the drop-down menu.
Note: By default, Location will be auto populated based on the chosen agent name.
c.Enter Reference, if any.
Note: By default, Ticket Type will be AWB.
d.Enter Total Quantity, Start Number, and Remarks.
Note: By default, Status will be ACTIVE.
e.Click Generate to temporarily generate the AWB stock. You can view the generated AWB stock under AWB Update Grid.
4.In the menu bar, click Save (
) icon to save the AWB stock. A pop-up window appears.
5.Click OK.
