Creating Cargo Qualification

To create a cargo qualification master, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Master Cargo Qualification. The Cargo Qualification workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

2.In the right pane, click Add (add_icon_green) icon in the menu bar. The Cargo Qualification creation page appears.

 

3.In Cargo Grade (Category) Addition header, perform the following:

a.Enter Category Name.

b.Choose Classification from the drop-down menu as Dry Bulk, Chemicals, RORO, Gas, or Live Stock.

c.Enter Remarks, if any.

 

4.In trade tag, perform the following:

a.Click add (add_icon_white) icon.

b.Enter Trade Names.
Note: By default, Trade Status will be ACTIVE.

c.Click Save (save_icon_white) icon to temporarily save the trade names.

 

5.In port tag, perform the following:

a.Click add (add_icon_white) icon.

b.Enter Port Names and Description.
Note: By default, Status will be ACTIVE.

c.Click Save (save_icon_white) icon to temporarily save the port names.

 

6.In the menu bar, click Save (save_icon_blue) icon to save the cargo qualification. A pop-up window appears.

7.Click OK.
