Navigation:  Masters > Document Type Wise More Info > Creating Document Type Wise More Info

 

To create a document type wise more info, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Master  Document Type Wise More Info. The Document Type Wise More Info workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

 

 

2.In the right pane, click Add () icon in the menu bar. The Document Type Wise More Info creation page appears.

3.In Document Type Wise More Details header, perform the following:

a.Choose Document Type from the drop-down menu.

b.Choose Base Type from the drop-down menu as Not applicable, Groupage, or Individual.

c.Choose Default Mode from the drop-down menu as SEA, TRUCK, AIR, RAIL, or ALL.

d.Choose Shipment Type from the drop-down menu as Import, Export, Both, or N/A.

e.Choose Cargo Type from the drop-down menu as Part or Full.
Note: By default, Status will be ACTIVE.

 

 

 

4.In prompt tag, perform the following:

a.Click add () icon.

b.Choose Prompt name and Provider name from the respective drop-down menus.

c.Enter Order.
Note: By default, Status will be ACTIVE.

 

d.Click Save () icon to temporarily save the prompt information.

 

5.In the menu bar, click Save () icon to save the document type wise more info. A pop-up window appears.

 

 

6.Click OK.
