Navigation:  Masters > Agent Port Link > Editing Agent Port Link

 

To edit the agent and port link, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Master  Agent Port Link. The Agent Port Link workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

 

 

2.In the left hand side of the Agent Port Link workbench, click Filter () icon next to any respective column to find the required agent.

 

 
 

3.Choose Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to.

4.Enter operator Value.

5.Choose Filters logic from the drop-down menu as And or Or.

6.Choose Additional Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to, if required.

7.Enter additional operator Value, if required.

8.Click Filter. The filtered agents will be displayed below.

9.Select the required agent. The ports linked with the agents will be listed on the right hand side of the Agent Port Link workbench.

 

 

 

10.Disable the ports in which the business operations are not performed to unlink the agent and port.

11.In the menu bar, click Save () icon to save the agent port link. A pop-up window appears.

 

 

12.Click OK.
