Role is a set of permissions assigned to application Users within the Organization. Based on Role(s) assigned to Users, he/she will be given rights to access specific programs in the application. Roles give control over access to programs in the application to users.

The permissions or the access rights must be given in such a way that User performs all his routine activities or view certain pages in the application, pertaining to his / her role.

Role module is used to set different roles for the users of the parent business units and its subsidiaries. You can link appropriate programs with the role and assign the toolbar access for that role.
