Basic conditions

 

 

 

Based on refers to whether the voyage selected should be considered as Discharge voyage or Connecting voyage.

•If Pre Carrier is selected, then voyage or date parameter selected in header will be considered as DISCHARGE VOYAGE and records will be fetched.

•If On Carrier is selected, then voyage or date parameter selected in header will be considered as Nominated VOYAGE.

 

Action - confirm

•On selecting the Action as Confirm, all the nominated containers which are not yet TSP confirmed will be fetched based on the voyage selected.

•On selecting the Action as Confirm, the CreateMove in Add-on will be ticked automatically (User can deselect if required)

•Select voyage, FROM ETA/To ETA and FROM ETD/To ETD

•Containers for which nomination has been done will get listed (Status = Allocated)

•Based on Voyage/based on selected, container records will be listed.

•User can select the required containers required and save. Once saved, nomination status will be updated as CONFIRMED.

•If CreateMove is enabled, simultaneously transhipment move will get created in equipment table.

•If Create Move is not enabled, transhipment move will not be created in equipment table.

•Renomination voyage grid will not be enabled (greyed out or hidden completely)

 

Cancel

•On selecting Cancel, all the nominated containers which have been allocated but are not yet TSP confirmed will get listed. based on the voyage selected

•User can select the containers required and save, once saved – Nomination will get removed so that user can proceed with nomination again for the same set of containers in TSP Nomination program

 

Remarks: User has to enter Reason of cancellation in this field when they are cancelling

 

Renomination

 

•On selecting Renomination, Renomination voyage grid which is present in header will be enabled to select the connecting voyage.

•Users can select the renomination voyage from the lov to which containers has to be renominated now.

•All the nominated containers which have been allocated but not yet TSP confirmed based will get listed in this program. based on the voyage selected

•User can select the required containers required and save. Once saved, existing connecting voyage details will get removed and the new nomination voyage will get updated against the selected containers.- Not available.

 

Remarks: Enter the reason for renominating the container(s).

 

 

General Steps

•User needs to select the parameter details such as allocated/nominated Voyage and other necessary parameters and if Fetch button is selected, container workbench should list all the containers which were allocated with the given voyage.

•Once the containers are fetched, user can proceed with TSP Confirmation, TSP Cancellation, TSP Re-Nomination.

•Based on the Action selected, and if save button is selected, system should perform the action as mentioned below.

•Total allocated container counts which are displayed in the container workbench should be grouped and displayed.

 

Add-on

Create Move

•selecting this option will automatically insert a new move against the container in the move level. Create move will get auto ticked when CONFIRMATION is selected in action block.

 

Send Email

•To auto trigger an email in case of any of the actions - TSP confirmation, TSP cancellation, TSP Re-nomination and Create Move.

•Based on the email ID’s defined in the Email Configuration  against the different Process Type explanation given below.

 

Transhipment Re-Nomination/Confirmation/Cancellation

Basically, this block is input parameter block where users will enter voyage details and other additional parameters for filtering.

•Mode

•Voyage

•Line, Vessel, Port, ETA, ETD & Actual ETD - Auto fetched based on the voyage selected

•From ETA

•To ETA - should always be greater than from ETA

•From ETD

•To ETD - should always be greater than from ETD

 

POL

Case 1: if Voyage is selected, then based on pre carrier or on carrier mode, display the distinct POL available in manifest

Case 2: If voyage is not selected, then POL lov has to show all values from operation site master (type = port)

POD

Case 1: if Voyage is selected, then based on pre carrier or on carrier mode, display the distinct POD available in manifest

Case 2: If voyage is not selected, then POD lov has to show all values from operation site master (type = port)

POO

Case 1: if Voyage is selected, then based on pre carrier or on carrier mode, display the distinct POO available in manifest

Case 2: If voyage is not selected, then POL lov has to show all values from operation site master (type = port/city)

POF

Case 1: if Voyage is selected, then based on pre carrier or on carrier mode, display the distinct POF available in manifest

Case 2: If voyage is not selected, then POL lov has to show all values from operation site master (type = port/city)

 

Note:

•POL, POD, POF, POO should function same as explained in TSP nomination program.

•LOV will be filtered based on bl details fetched in detail block if voyage is elected in the header

•Additional filter parameters can be entered by users and again filtered

•This block will be enable only if Action is selected as Re-Nomination.

VIP

•If Manifest having VIP flag is selected, those manifests will be highlighted in colour.

 

Container Allocation

•In this section, the total number of containers in each type (20 ' and 40') and its gross weight will be displayed.
