Changing Template Maintenance Status

Any master created will be in the active status. The created master can only be made inactive.

 

To inactivate the master, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Master Template Maintenance. The Template Maintenance workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

2.In the template maintenance master workbench, click Filter (filter_icon) icon next to any respective column to find the required master.

3.Choose Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to.

4.Enter operator Value.

5.Choose Filters logic from the drop-down menu as And or Or.

6.Choose Additional Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to, if required.

7.Enter additional operator Value, if required.

8.Click Filter. The filtered masters will be displayed below.

9.Select the required master.

10.Click Edit (edit_icon_green) icon.

11.Change the Status from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.

12.Click Save (save_icon_white) icon to temporarily save the template maintenance master.

13.In the menu bar, click Save (save_icon_blue) icon to save the template maintenance master. A pop-up window appears.

14.Click OK.
