Navigation:  Tariff > Fixed Charges Tariff > Changing Fixed Charges Tariff Status

 

Any fixed charges tariff created will be in the active status. The created tariff can only be edited and cannot be deleted.

 

The two different types of tariff statuses are:

•Active – By default, any tariff created will be in the active status.

•Inactive – On changing the status of the tariff to inactive, further edits are not allowed.

 

To change the status of the fixed charges to inactive, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Tariff  Fixed Charges Tariff. The Fixed Charges Tariff workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

 

 

2.In the fixed charges tariff workbench, enter any search criteria such as Activity, Place of receipt, Port of load, Port of discharge, Place of delivery, Liner, Basis, Owner Status, Customer, From Validity, or To Validity to find the required tariffs created.

3.Click Search. The created tariffs will be displayed below.

4.Select the required tariff.

 

 

5.Scroll the window to the right.

6.Click edit () icon. The fixed charges Edit pop-up window appears.

7.In Status, change the status to INACTIVE from the drop-down menu.

 

 

8.Click save () icon to save the edited tariff.
