Enquiry module allows customer service executives to log enquiries received from different customers and to take necessary actions on the enquiries. On creating the enquiry, an email will be automatically triggered to the sales executive responsible for that particular service category, country, and city. The sales executives can create, edit, view, search, and change the status of the enquiry. But, cannot delete the enquiry once created.
