The enquiry module allows the customer service executives to log enquiries received from various customers. An email will be triggered to the respective sales executive responsible for that particular service category, country, and city to take necessary actions on the enquiries.

 

The enquiry statuses such as canceled, concluded, and missed opportunity are sent to the sales executives and their managers via email.
