In the event of wrongly updating the container events or change of updated data is required, user can delete the respective container events.

Deleted events will be displayed in a different color.

Single container event deletion

Delete option/icon is available in the header grid.

It is controlled via Role based access, i.e. only users linked with certain roles will have this delete icon enabled.

Only current container events can be deleted.

Once the container current event is deleted, the previous event will become the Current event.

When any new event is updated, the existing current event will get updated as history.

There is no physical delete available, instead container status can be changed to Deleted.

Mass container event deletion

Container events can be deleted one by one or group of container/events can be deleted at once based on some common conditions.

Filter the container events from the container/events listed in the Container Details section.

Tick the Select All check box to select only the filtered containers.

Click Delete.

Notes:

Deleting is allowed only if the details are same for all the selected containers.

User can query based on particular move codes/date parameter or batch number and delete the events.

Either container moves or the Batch Number must be the same and matching for all the selected containers.

While deleting, the status of that particular container event will get changed to delete and the previous move will get changed to Current Event.
