•Once the CSV file is uploaded, program checks all the above mentioned validations and displays the exceptions (if any) upon clicking the exception button.

•Exception button appears in the screen only if there is exception found in the loaded file & will not appear if there is no exception.

•Containers having exceptions will be shown in different color in the screen.

oTo view, click EDIT. The single event program will open. The mandatory fields, Not available fields and the fields which does not have master data values will be highlighted in different color.

oSelect the values from the LOV and save the respective record.

•Exceptions can be either cleared in the screen or corrected in the file and then downloaded. If exceptions are cleared in the screen itself, the respective mandatory missing message will disappear.

 

For the exceptions, the below mentioned predefined exceptional messages will be displayed.

 

 

 

Now when we click on EDIT option for example, XNTU12291

•The fields having incorrect values will be highlighted in red.

•Select the correct value from the drop-down list. User can correct the highlighted errors for all the exceptional containers.

•Click the final Save icon to save the data.
