Navigation:  EQC > Events Group Master

 

This program is used to tag multiple events under a particular group.

 

Example:

Group can be created as Opening balance and all events can be tagged in this event group program. So whenever Opening balance event is updated, program has to list only the event code linked with this group. (OPENING BALANCE means first event updated for a container in system inventory).

 

Functional specification

The functionality of this program is that various event groups will be created in system and for every group, certain event codes will be linked. These groupings will be utilized in transaction screen and in some reports.

 

Notes:

✓This program is similar to charge group master.

✓One event group can be created only once, duplicate groups not allowed.

✓Also under one event group, one event code can be updated only once.

 

Main Dashboard

Click EQC >> Event Group Master in the left navigation pane of the Application Home page. The Event Group Master screen will be displayed. It includes the below columns:

 

•Code - Refers to the abbreviation of the description defined for the container movement

•Description - defines the type of movement done for the container

•Status - displays Active or Inactive

 

 

All moves that are applicable for an event are grouped under each of the main codes.

For each code, user can add a list of new moves.
