If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below:

 

 

1. Enter User Name and click Forgot Password in the application login page.

 

 

 

 

The below dialog box will be displayed.

 

 

 

Enter the email in the Email field and click the button. A recovery password will be sent to your registered e-mail ID. You can login the application using the new password.
