Once the containers are discharged in the TSP port from discharge voyage, user needs to allocate those containers to the connecting vessel.

BLs/Orders should be differentiated based on the discharge port and TSP port.

oImport BLs followed by any of the TSP port updated are considered as TSP BLs. For example, if the voyage port is selected as Jebel Ali, it should list all the BL's/Containers which are getting discharged in Jebel Ali as Transhipment in the same voyage.

oFor a manifest, if POD is Jebel Ali, then the BL's are considered as local discharge port & the containers linked with those BL's are not considered for TSP Allocation.

User first need to select the Basis and Data Source. Only then the voyage details will be allowed to select.

Based on the Discharge Voyage and the Next Port of Discharge (Next POD) selected, containers linked with it will be populated in the workbench.

Illustration:

Consider there are many shipments from Upper Gulf to Singapore via multiple TSP ports. A feeder voyage FD423A/Jebel Ali has a total of 100 containers with 10 containers in each BL. 10 BLs has been nominated to this feeder voyage. Out of the 10 BLs, 2 BLs containers need to discharge in Jebel Ali port, 2 BLs containers in Colombo port, 2 BLs containers in Malaysia port and the remaining 4 BLs containers need to discharge in Singapore port.

If user selects the Discharge Voyage as FD423A/Jebel Ali, all the 100 containers will be listed at the container tabular section.

If user selects the Next POD as Colombo, the 2 BLs containers (20 containers) which has discharge port as Colombo will be displayed.

If first Next POD is selected as Colombo and second Next POD as Malaysia, totally 40 containers, i.e. 20 containers having the next discharge port as Colombo & 20 containers having the next discharge port as Malaysia will be filtered.

In the container details section, user can filter only the containers having colombo as next POD (20 containers in this case). Use Select All option to select the 20 containers and give the connecting voyage details. Select the copy button to change the connecting voyage of the 20 containers to Colombo connecting voyage.

Similarly, user can filter only the containers having Malaysia as next POD (20 containers in this case) for which actual voyage allocation is not done. Use Select All option to select the 20 containers and give the connecting voyage details. Select the copy button to change the connecting voyage of the 20 containers to Malaysia connecting voyage.
