Payable Invoice

Payable invoice refers to the invoice raised by an agent to his party vendor for a service rendered by him. This will be included as a part of the invoice provided to the customer.

 

 

1.Payable invoice is used to book the actual cost for a particular vendor.

2.The actual cost can be booked either via a LPO which is already prepared or directly based on the cost amount entered in the order entry.

3.After selecting the required information in the header like supplier, then the user can decide whether the invoice to be created via order or LPO.

4.If the invoice to be created via LPO, then user can chose the LPO option, else can select Order option.
