Navigation:  Order > Order Entry > Creating Order Entry > Using Quotation

 

To create an order entry using quotation, perform the following:

 

1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Order Order Entry. The Order Entry workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:

 

 

2. In the right pane, click Add () icon in the Tool bar. The Order Entry creation page appears.

 

3. In the Basic Info header, perform the following:

i.Choose Order Type from the drop-down menu as Sea Export Order, Air Export Order, Port Release Advice, Groupage Entry, Sea Import Order, Order-Services, or Groupage Release.

ii.In Quotation, choose the quotation number to be used for creating the order entry from the drop-down menu. The relevant details of the order such as routing references, transport references, equipment information, cargo information, services, cost, parties, additional information, attachments, notes, and special request will be automatically loaded into the Order Entry creation page.

 

 

4.In the Tool bar, click Save () icon to save the order entry. A pop-up window appears.

 

 

 

5.Click OK.
