Arrival notice refers to a notification document sent to the consignee to notify about the arrival of the vessel carrying his goods.

 

The arrival notice includes the following details:

•Expected date/time of the vessel arrival

•Manifest details

•Number of packages

•Description of goods and

•Charges to be paid for collecting delivery order

 

This program enables the user to perform the following:

•Send the notice to either the consignee or notify or to both.

•Send the notice to the receiver by Email or Fax.

•Send arrival advice reminders to the consignee periodically, in case his cargo is not yet cleared.

•Send Arrival Notice alone or along with Flyer.

•Send Arrival Notice for a complete voyage or for a single BL.
