Any executive service group link created will be in the active status. The created executive service group link can only be edited and cannot be deleted.
The two different types of executive service group link statuses are:
•Active – By default, any group link created will be in the active status.
•Inactive – On changing the status of the group link to inactive, further edits are not allowed.
To change the status of the executive service group link to inactive, perform the following:
1.On the application home page, in the left pane, click Enquiry Executive Service Group Link. The Executive Service Group Link workbench appears on the right pane like the one shown below:
2.In the workbench, click Filter () icon next to any respective column.
3.Choose Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to.
4.Enter operator Value.
5.Choose Filters logic from the drop-down menu as And or Or.
6.Choose Additional Operator from the drop-down menu as Contains, Does not contain, Starts with, Ends with, Is equal to, or Is not equal to, if required.
7.Enter additional operator Value, if required.
8.Click Filter. The filtered links will be displayed below.
9.Select the required link.
10.Click Edit () icon in the menu bar.
11.On the top right, in Status, choose the required status as INACTIVE from the drop-down menu.
12.In the menu bar, click Save () icon to save the updated status for the link.
