Auto entry generation refers to the updation of Orders/BLs with the charges that are applicable for the shipments. For all the shipments, the customers need to pay some common charges. These common charges are pre-defined in the ‘Fixed charges master’.

 

This program facilitates the following:

•Automatically calculates the fixed charges of all the export/ import shipments from Fixed Charges Master and saves the details.

•Auto-updates all the common charges in the order/manifest based on certain matching criteria.

•Updates a particular Order, BL or Voyage based on the details from the ‘Fixed charges master’.

 

Note: Auto entry generation can be done for a single order or for an entire voyage.
