Rate Details section:

Manifest entry correction is not allowed in the following cases:

1.Those voyages for which Invoice/Receipt are already done for the BL. The below message will be displayed.

“Invoice/Receipt is already done for the BL. Kindly reverse the invoice and then proceed”.

2.Those Voyages for which Delivery Order is processed, the corresponding BL numbers will not be fetched in the LOV.

3.Those BLs for which Demurrage is already calculated. The below alert message will be displayed while completing the corrector.

“Demurrage is already calculated for the mentioned BL”.

 

Container Details section:

Due to Container short Shipment, if the user needs to delete few containers from the BL after the manifest has been created / downloaded, the following must be taken care.

•The Status flag for the removed containers must be marked as unallocated in the operation level.

•While creating/selecting a subsequent BL, the removed containers must be fetched. where?

•While deleting a container from the container grid, an alert message will be displayed as below.

“Kindly verify and amend the freight quantity in Charge block.”

•In rate details section, the container-wise charges must be corrected after removing the containers. If the user missed to correct the rate and tries to save the EMC, the below message will be displayed.

“Container quantity & Freight Quantity mismatch. Kindly correct the quantity and proceed further.”
